Organic groups | drupal.org
Enable users to create and manage their own 'groups'. Each group can have subscribers, and maintains a group home page where subscribers communicate amongst themselves. -- They do so by posting the usual node types: blog, story, page, etc. A block is shown on the group home page which facilitates these posts. The block also provides summary information about the group. -- AmitaibuModule Filter | drupal.org
The modules list page can become quite big when dealing with a fairly large site or even just a dev site meant for testing new and various modules being considered. What this module aims to accomplish is the ability to quickly find the module you are looking for without having to rely on the browsers search feature which more times than not shows you the module name in the 'Required by' or 'Depends on' sections of the various modules or even some other location on the page like a menu item. -- greenSkinRelation | drupal.org
Relation is an API module and storage model for both simple and the most complex relations between entities. The module can handle both directional and symmetrical relations very well. -- Relations are entities and can therefore have fields. This makes Relation the most flexible and powerful relation model out there. -- naught101February 29 2012
Views Column Class | drupal.org
This is a module that helps developers to markup the views output so that it can easily fit in with a grid system. The benefits of this are that the page can be more easily styled in a responsive way which will enable the view elements to appear great on multiple screen resolutions. -- nlisgoFebruary 28 2012
Entity API | drupal.org
This module extends the entity API of Drupal core in order to provide a unified way to deal with entities and their properties. Additionally, it provides an entity CRUD controller, which helps simplifying the creation of new entity types. - fago (Wolfgang Ziegler)RealName | drupal.org
The RealName module allows the administrator to choose fields from the user profile that will be used to add a "real name" element (method) to a user object. Hook_user is used to automatically add this to any user object that is loaded. It will also optionally set all nodes and comments to show this name.Profile 2 | drupal.org
As described in the documentation Drupal 7 allows adding fields to user account pages - what serves as simple way for building user profiles. The main differences between that and profile2 are: - With profile2 user account settings and user profiles are conceptually different things, e.g. with the "Profile pages" module enabled users get two separate menu links "My account" and "My profile". - Profile2 allows for creating multiple profile types, which may be assigned to roles via permissions (e.g. a general profile + a customer profile) - Profile2 supports private profile fields, which are only shown to the user owning the profile and to administrators.February 26 2012
Page manager existing pages | drupal.org
Page manager existing pages allows you to override/configure Drupal menu paths so you can create variants with Page manager, which is bundled in the CTools project.Field group | drupal.org
Fieldgroup will group fields together. All fieldable entities will have the possibility to add groups to wrap their fields together. Fieldgroup comes with default HTML wrappers like vertical tabs, horizontal tabs, accordions, fieldsets or div wrappers.

Renderable elements | drupal.org
Renderable elements enables you to register any piece of build on your installation and manage the display through Field UI. It will make (additional) elements available of existing entities on the manage forms/display screens or you can for example register the contact form and rearrange the fields through Field UI. Works currently fine on forms, support for other is coming in a second iteration.Entity cache | drupal.org
Entity cache puts core entities into Drupal's cache API.CCK Blocks | drupal.org
This module allows you to create blocks from fields of the currently displayed node. It is very handy as a simple way to get fields appearing in a block, instead of in the main content region. -- This makes it possible to show the field's value of the currently shown node in the block (placed left, right or in whatever region) instead of (or next to) the node's main content area. -- Site users can add node-related block-content right from the node's editing page.Features | drupal.org
The features module enables the capture and management of features in Drupal. A feature is a collection of Drupal entities which taken together satisfy a certain use-case. -- Features provides a UI and API for taking different site building components from modules with exportables and bundling them together in a single feature module. A feature module is like any other Drupal module except that it declares its components (e.g. views, contexts, CCK fields, etc.) in its .info file so that it can be checked, updated, or reverted programmatically.
